Client: Employee Needs Debit Card

Forward request to Operations, send directly to an HSA specialist directly or via email box (hsa@eecu.org) and ask them to issue new card; let client know an HSA specialist will complete their request and they can also direct employees to call Member Services at (817) 882-0800 to handle debit card issues.
