Client: Needs to be registered to access employer portal

  1. Complete Help Desk ticket, provide client staff member name and email address who needs access to our employer portal.
  2. Let the client know they will receive a registration confirmation email from IT and can then access our employer portal.
  3. Provide client our “Employer Contribution Guide” with instructions on how to send funds and upload file.
