- Ask client to check their spam and junk folders for the authorization code email from noreplay@eecu.org. If the problem persists:
- Ask client to speak with your IT Team (email administrator). Let them know you are supposed to receive an email from noreply@eecu.org with the subject line “EECU HSA Contribution Authorization Code” and ask if noreply@eecu.org can be “whitelisted”.
- Ask IT to see if they are seeing logins from the email address of the client staff member attempting to login. IT will determine how to proceed.
